I offer a variety of courses that range from learning the camera basics, to exposing and composing stunning images, and also some niche-specific photography. I also offer a various “photo shoots” courses where you get to follow along with me on one my photo sessions to watch the journey unfold from start to finished.

Hey there, I'm Lori. 📸 I am a professional photographer located in Northern Michigan’s beautiful sunrise side of Alpena, Michigan. Along with teaching photography, I specializes in maternity, newborn, baby, and children’s portraiture. I have pursued photography most of my life, however, my two children are the foundation of my photography obsession. If there is one thing I have learned is that memories fade, but photographs capture precious moments in time with images that will beautifully chronicle your story and will be treasured for years to come. I teach a variety of photography classes that include basic photography and camera skills and newborn photography. I am confident I can help you successfully reach your goals in your photography journey.
